Delivery Price and Time

We offer flat rate for metro and non-metro delivery.

The delivery price is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and weight.

Can I Make Changes To My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Please choose carefully as arrangements by us for the product to be available are acted upon quickly, we do not offer a change of mind refund, return, exchange or cancellation.

My Order Has Not Arrived Yet, What Should I Do?

How Will My Tiles Be Delivered?

To ensure safe delivery of your tiles, all orders that weigh above 18kg will be delivered on a pallet and are direct to kerbside using a tail-lift truck or forklift.

Due to insurance and health and safety regulations our third party delivery drivers are unable to transport goods into a Customer’s property. This means they won’t necessarily be made to your driveway or front door.

Hazards or obstructions, e.g. sloped or gravel driveways, may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location. Access restrictions, e.g. narrow roads, may also lead to a delay or failure in delivery. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the third party delivery driver. 

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested, failure to do so will result in paying for a re-delivery charge.

Re-Delivery Charges

Once a delivery date has been arranged either though the website or with a member of our sales team, you will have to ensure that someone will be there to accept the order as it cannot be left unattended. If you are not there on the date that was arranged, our third party delivery company may charge re-delivery.

We will contact our third party delivery company on your behalf to see what the cost will be.

Accepting Your Delivery

Please ensure that a responsible person is present upon delivery to inspect, check and sign for your order.

If you see or suspect any damage, then you must follow the guidelines below.

We operate to extremely high standards, so we’re very sorry if there’s some damage to your order. All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes happen in transit.

Due to the fragile nature of tiles, we have included extra 15% allowance for wastage. Please note that the total box count is automatically rounded up to whole boxes.

If you see or suspect damage of any description then please do the following within 3 business days of receiving your order. 

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is free on all orders. You can collect your order from our Brisbane Warehouse. At checkout select ‘Pick Up’. We will update you via email, when your order is ready for collection which may take up to 3 business days. You may also receive a call from the store.

Collections time are:

Monday-Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm

Please consider that tiles are heavy and some boxes can weigh up to 36kg.
