Regular tiles and porcelain mosaic tiles use the tile freight calculation. Larger baskets are checked against the supported weight or pallet range, so increasing an order can change its freight price.

Add your tiles to the cart, enter your delivery details and check the available shipping price. Where a supported automatic price is unavailable, send us your basket for a freight quote.
Delivery prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A freight quote request does not place an order.
Before you check out
A price for your basket and destination.
Tile delivery depends on your state, postcode and suburb, the products in your basket, shipment weight, pallet requirements and available delivery service. A postcode alone is not a promise that every order or address is covered.
- 1Add the actual products.Keep your tile quantities, individual pieces and samples in the basket so each can be priced correctly.
- 2Enter your destination.Use the correct state, four-digit postcode and suburb. Approved trade customers should sign in first.
- 3Check the shipping result.Continue with the available rate, or request a quote if your shipment needs a freight review.
What does “Tile delivery estimate” mean?
Some automatic prices use comparable past deliveries or estimates for adjoining suburbs. These are estimates for the supported shipment range, rather than a new carrier quote for every address. Any eligible COCO contribution is included automatically in the customer shipping price.

How different products travel.
Individual pieces with boxes
Supported individual tiles, trims and accessories travelling with full-box tiles share one tile freight calculation. Their physical weight must be supported; they do not add a second standalone courier charge.
Individual items on their own
Online per-piece tiles, trims and accessories use their applicable standalone courier tariff. Selected products are priced by item count; others retain their weight-based rate. Your basket shows the applicable service.
Samples and Mosaic Art
Full-size and cut samples keep their sample shipping service, including eligible signed-in trade benefits. Mosaic Art has a separate delivery calculation. A mixed basket may combine these separate charges into one shipping total.
Quantity rates for eligible standalone individual items
These rates apply to the quantity-rated individual products, trims and accessories when purchased without full-box tiles. They do not replace sample, weight-rated item or Mosaic Art delivery charges.

More than 150 quantity-rated items requires a freight review. Different product groups in one basket may have separate shipping components.
When a quote is needed
No automatic rate? We can help.
A manual quote may be needed for an unsupported destination or weight, uncertain packing, oversized products, restricted access, an unavailable delivery service, or a discount that cannot be reliably allocated across a mixed basket.
If checkout has no shipping option, return to your cart and select Request a freight quote. Check the products and quantities, provide your delivery details and tell us about unloading or access requirements. Our team will confirm an applicable freight price before you proceed.
Request a freight quoteNo shipping result does not mean free delivery. Automatic coverage is available for specific supported shipments; it is not a flat national tariff.
Getting ready for delivery
Heavy goods need a clear plan.
Pallets, unloading and access
Tile orders may be packed on one or more pallets. Packing and unloading depend on the carrier, product dimensions and total shipment. Delivery is to an accessible kerbside or another carrier-approved drop-off point; drivers do not unpack tiles or carry them inside.
Please tell us before ordering about narrow roads, steep or gravel driveways, stairs, restricted vehicle access, or any special unloading requirements. Residential and unloading arrangements must suit the applicable service; exceptional requirements need confirmation.
Delivery dates and someone to receive your order
Confirm timing with our team before booking installers or arranging work. Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders in selected areas; contact us before ordering to check your address and shipment.
A responsible person must be available to receive, inspect and sign for the order on the arranged date. If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may charge for re-delivery. We will confirm that cost with the carrier.
Checking your tiles on arrival
Check the delivered products and quantities and keep any packaging and photos if you notice damage. Please contact sales@cocotilesandmosaics.com.au promptly so we can help. Our Returns Policy explains the applicable conditions and rights.
Free pickup from our Brisbane warehouse
Select Pick Up at checkout where available. Wait for your ready-for-collection email before travelling, and confirm your collection arrangements with our team. Collection hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Tiles are heavy. Bring a suitable vehicle and check its safe load capacity before collecting.
